For the last 15 years, Katarzyna Plucińska-Korońska has owned a dental laboratory where she tests and evaluates new dental prosthetic materials distributed on the Polish market.
She taught for 11 years, at Post-Secondary Krakow’s Medical School in Krakow, Poland.
Katarzyna obtained her Certification in Dental Technology (CDT) from Krakow’s Post-Secondary Medical School in Poland, 15 years ago.
She received an MA in management and marketing from the Krakow University of Economics in Poland. In addition, she completed postgraduate studies in the field of dental and orthodontic techniques with materials science at the Vocational Higher School of Educational Corporation in Lodz, Poland.
Katarzyna is also the co-author of the new syllabus in the profession of Dental Technician and a reviewer of Curriculum for this profession.
She coordinated numerous projects co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund under the Human Capital Operational Program from 2007-2013.
These projects were aimed at raising attraction and qualities of the vocational education in Poland in the profession of the dental technician.
Katarzyna also leads training programs, workshops, and lectures on thermoplastic denture technology.
